Theme XML file details

In my theme creation tutorial, I've not mentioned much about editing the xml file. And I've got a lot of personal messages asking about the process of changing font colors by editing the xml file. So here I'm explaining the meanings of the code words used in the xml file as color descriptor. I've done some experiments with several s40v2 and s40v3 phones to find out the meanings. So, some explanation may vary in some phone models.

1) header_font_color=
Font color of the header/items name which appears in place of operator logo in all menu's.(***not in standby mode)

2) status_area_font_color=
Font color of the text which appears in the status area (the area where battery bar is). For example: the time and menu counter.(***not in standby mode)

3) softkey_font_color=
Font color of the softkey in all menu's and music player.(***not in standby mode)

4) calendar_highlight_color=
Color of the highlighted box in calender, color of the marked area of any text, color of symbol selection highlight box.

5) idle_font_color=
Font color of the items name in ACTIVE STANDBY mode. (***In folding handsets= Font color of the mini secondary display).

6) active_idle_active_font_color=
Color of the items name when in personalising state of ACTIVE STANDBY + Color of the unselected items name in ACTIVE STANDBY SHORTCUT BAR'S.

7) active_idle_content_background_color=
Background color of the items when in personalising state of ACTIVE STANDBY.

8) shortcut_bar_popup_font_color=
Unknown

10) menu_font_color=
Font color inside all menu's + Font color of artist & album name in music player + Font color of calender notes.

11) menu_highlight_font_color=
Highlighted font color of all menu items + Font color of the song title in music player.

12) grid_menu_font_color=
(Applicable only for s40v3 phones) Font color of the items/levels name when viewing menu in GRID WITH LEVELS option selected.

13) grid_menu_highlight_font_color=
(Applicable only for s40v3 phones) Font color of the highlighted items/levels name when viewing menu in GRID WITH LEVELS option selected.

14) grid_highlight_color=
Unknown

15) reorder_highlight_font_color=
Font color of the items name in moving state of menu contents. (TIPS: in menu, press options, organise and move.)

16) idle_font_outline_color=
(Applicable only for folding s40v3 phones) Color of the text outline of secondary mini display + Background color of status area & shortcut bar area of secondary mini display.

17) forms_selected_font_color=
Font color of texts in writing state + Font color of highlighted items name in profiles, tone settings etc.

18) forms_unselected_font_color=
Font color of texts in non-writing state + Font color of un-highlighted items name in profiles, tone settings etc.

19) idle_status_area_font_color=
Font color of the status area in standby mode. For example: the logo text color, profile name color and time color that shows in standby mode.(***only in standby screen)

20) idle_softkey_area_font_color=
Font color of the three softkeys in standby mode.(***only in standby screen)

NOTE: If you are a s40v2 user, u dont need to include the code word number 8, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 16 above.
